ENGAGEMENT GAMES
Come out for a fun night of Engagement Games! Tuesday, April 22nd at 6 pm!
What are Engagement Games?
Great question! Engagement games can develop a stronger relationship with your dog. By focusing on rewarding them in a way that is most valuable to them, these games create better focus for distracting environments, and overall creating a more attentive dog. It can be challenging sometimes to take your dog out to environments that have distractions everywhere. Through the development of these games those environments become easier and easier the more you practice.
This will be a one night class on getting started with engagement games and where you can implement this into your dogs training and socialization.
This class will be run by Tony Stokes, Training Director & Owner at Lead Your K9
Cost $40

E-COLLAR SEMINAR
Are you looking to get started on E collar training?
Are you struggling with E collar training?
Are you curious about E collar training but not sure if it’s the right thing for your dog?
This seminar is designed to cover all of that and more. Across these three days, I will be sharing information around all aspects of E collar training from the good and the bad. There will be visual demonstrations, as well as coaching of individuals either getting started on E collar training or individuals that are struggling problem-solving areas of E collar training.
Day 1 will be lots of theory and demonstrations. towards the end of day one we will be looking to start active work sessions the working spots. We will be focusing on the system that I primarily teach E collar to the majority of companion and working dogs. As any training system goes, variables can pop up for different dogs and we navigate appropriately without habits to abandon the entire process.
Day 2 & 3 will be primarily training sessions with the working spots mixed in with some lecture as we come across certain parts of the training process and problem-solving anything that pops up.
The E collar can be a wonderful addition to most any training you do with your dog. We will discuss the variety of uses out there as well as areas of which I feel it is not best to use an E collar.
Working spots will be limited to 6 dog and handler teams. All working spots must be available to do either private lessons or zoom lessons prior to the seminar. The lessons will be included in your working spot ticket. Lessons are to ensure your dog is ready to participate in the training at the seminar. Owners must provide an E collar for their dog. Your E collar must be approved by me as not all collars are created equal.
Audit spots will be available for those looking to come without a dog and participate in the conversations and learning process.
If you have any questions, feel free to send me a FB message or email.
